Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
Orders must be canceled prior to shipping in order to avoid being charged. Most orders will ship same day so if you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately.
Any orders returned to sender (RTS) will be issued a full refund less the shipping cost, even if the order qualified for free shipping. Premiumcbdsupply.com is not responsible for shipping addresses that are inaccurately entered or missing information. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct prior to shipment of their order.
Please contact us for address changes or cancellation requests as soon as possible. Sealed and unaltered orders in original packaging may be returned within 3 business days for a full refund less shipping cost. Buyer pays for all return shipping.
- Consumable and perishable items: May be returned for a refund within 3 business days of receipt only if unopened.
- All other products: May be returned for refund or replacement within 3 days of receipt if determined by support to be defective (Requires RMA #).
- There are no exchanges or store credit.
- Replacement will be sent out upon receiving defective product.
- Refund will be issued upon return of unopened product.
- All international orders: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
