Cut-off time for same-day processing of standard and Priority shipments is 10:00AM Pacific Time Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped no later than end of the following business day. Stated cut-off and order processing times apply to all orders unless an order is placed on hold due to an item out of stock, additional order information needed, or payment requiring additional verification information, in which case you will be notified. Processing and fulfillment speed estimates do not apply to wholesale orders. Order cut-off times are best estimates but cannot be guaranteed and no orders are guaranteed to ship Saturday. For customer protection, any orders over $150 may require additional verification before the order can be shipped and orders over $150 will also be automatically shipped with signature confirmation when possible. Additionally, orders may be placed on hold if there are any billing and shipping address mismatches, CVV verification errors or any other credit card verification errors. You will be contacted in the event of any order holds. International Orders does not collect duties and taxes for international shipments, international customers will be responsible for paying duties and taxes directly to their local agency. does not accept responsibility for lost or undelivered orders once tracking indicates “Delivered.”

We MAY place orders on hold or CANCEL orders shipped to 3rd party shippers or warehouses that are forwarding to outside countries. Any person placing orders as such will be contacted within 24 hours of placing the order to determine whether or not they will be fulfilled. is NOT responsible for any delays caused by the United Postal Service, US Customs, or the receiving country’s postal service or customs. Any shipments returned to sender will be refunded LESS the shipping cost as well as any administrative, restocking or other associated fees. If there are any damaged products from return shipments, you will be deducted the original price paid for the product that is damaged from your final refund. Shipments under 4 lbs are considered first class packages once it has been exported from the United States (Even if you have purchased Priority Mail International Services). Tracking information will NOT be updated until the package is received in the destination country. Customs brokerage may take up to 45 days to depart from the United States Customs and may take another 45 days when received in the destination country for customs clearance. is NOT responsible for any customs delays with international shipments.

Pre-Order Shipments

“Pre-Order” items are expected to ship on the date that is quoted in the description of the product. However, there may be some manufacturer delays, receiving delays, or other circumstances that may cause the arrival date to change. If you are purchasing a “Pre-Order” item WITH non “Pre-Order” items in the same order, please be aware that your entire order will be shipped when the “Pre-order” items are available for shipment. To ensure faster arrival date of the items that are non “Pre-Order”, please order them separately.
